Re: NCE EB1 breakers
That puts the breaker at the half way point with 2' of wire either side. I can only suggest increasing the size of the wire between the EB1 and the booster if the wire can not be shortened.

Re: NCE EB1 breakers
The breakers will need to be near the booster. As stated above the problem is most likely due to a drop in track voltage at the input to the breakers. If the breaker is half way between the booster and the fault you will be seeing half track voltage at the input to the EB1(s) during a short which th...

Re: DCC Accessory Compatability
Digitrax feedback to JMRI will be via a Loconet interface on the JMRI computer (Locobuffer, PR3 etc). NCE feedback will be via an NCE cab bus interface (NCE USB) or possibly via an NCE command station with integrated serial interface. The NCE command station may be a requirement - I have not tried u...

Re: DCC Accessory Compatability
Hi Peter I have been working with Geoff on the Thamesiders' signalling team There are two main things to consider when putting in signalling:- 1. How to send commands to the signals. 2. How to get feedback of the state of the track. Both have existing NMRA standards for implementation, and there are...
