Mulling has ceased. I now have the base-boards for an N-scale layout with an 8' by 3' footprint. I just have to decide on the optimum height above groundlevel for it and justify a Kodachrome SD45 and GP9 on a Northern New England-inspired layout

Now can someone produce the drawing files for the SDL39 sideframes for 3D-printing?

That's a nice model and, as you say, a quick one to assemble. I'll have to look again at my Walthers MoW inventory and put a decent EsPee MoW set together and put a flare at the front end of it. Sometimes I wonder why I visit forae like this one: there are too many good ideas to steal and not enough...
