One of our members reports excellent service from the Atlas parts department. While adding a distinctive Chessie Plow (by Details West) to the front pilot of one of the new Atlas GP40’s, he accidentally damaged the very delicate coupler lift bar. After sending a faxed letter explaining the problem to Atlas, he received a replacement part
in the post only four days
later.
How’s that for service!
