 REGIONCALENDAR
    The Soar Valley
Limited
British Region Convention 2012 at Yew Tree Lodge Hotel, Kegworth, Friday 19 to Sunday 21 October 2012
The process for booking and registering is rolling along, and we cannot over-emphasise the need to get in quick before we fill up. Can I remind all booking their rooms that this must be done by fax or post; if you enquire via phone they will advise hotel is full. This is because all the rooms have been reserved at the moment for us and the only way to book is via paper, so don't hesitate to do so using the website form or the copy that was in the February Roundhouse. We have already had great interest shown in the convention; we will have some of the usual traders, along with some who have never attended an NMRA show before. The layout response has been fantastic so far; there will be several layouts that have never been seen at the convention in the past.
We are still looking for some layouts, particularly N or Z, to vary the mix and add interest, so if you can help out or maybe suggest a layout, contact us. The website for the convention is www.soar-valley-ltd.co.uk, and as we get confirmation of traders and layouts they will appear here. We are also working on some non-convention events for people to do away from the show; details will follow when ready.
If anyone would like to attend with a layout, offer a clinic or a trader to sell his services, please contact us, or just for more information or enquiries, info@soar-valley-ltd.co.uk or 01905 458820/0771 8770563; if no answer leave a message and we will get back to you.
Thank you. Gavin Fry NMRA (BR) Convention Co-ordinator www.soar-valley-ltd.co.uk
