Divisional Representatives act as a focal point for all members in their geographical areas as shown below. They are familiar with local activities and concerns and can ensure that anything that can’t be sorted out locally is brought to the BoD’s attention for resolution. A further role is to welcome new members to their area, to introduce them to people with similar interests if appropriate, and to ensure their smooth integration into local activities.
