Kent & East Sussex

Kent & East Sussex Group

The Kent & East Sussex Group was formed in July 2013 and is open to all NMRA members, principally for those resident in the two counties of its name and those members who live along the A27 and A23/M23 corridors in West Sussex but all other members  are always welcome.

The Group meets approximately monthly in members' homes across Kent and East Sussex, although future Meets may take place also at places of railway and other transport interest. Meetings have been held in Crowborough, Bexhill-on-Sea, Seaford, Hastings, Lewes, Lancing, Gravesend and Strood to date, all viewing and running members' home layouts.

We had formulated a new schedule of events for 2020 but followinmg Government advice the following planned Meets are now cancelled:

  • Saturday 28 March 2020 in Hastings;
  • Saturday 25 April 2020 in Strood; and
  • Saturday 30 May 2020 in Crowborough.

Meets will re-commence once we are cleared to do so.
