    The Convention Committee welcome you to the Peterborough Moat House Hotel. The hotel is two miles from the town centre and railway station, with easy access from the A1(M). It is adjacent to a golf course and the Nene Country Park, and is 12 minutes walking distance from the Orton Mere station on the Nene Valley Railway. The hotel facilities include a fitness club with a pool and other leisure facilities, and there is adequate car parking.
Convention registration is £15 per member, £18 for members’ guests (no fee for spouse/partner/children). Layouts in all popular scales are expected to be available, most with running rights. Trade Stands, Bring & Buy, a Raffle, and a programme for the Ladies are planned.
The hotel package is £58 per person per night for Half Board for Friday night and Saturday night, and includes Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and dinner and Sunday breakfast. The cost of one extra night, B & B only, before or after the Convention, is £40 per person.
The hotel has made available all of its 15 single & 110 double or twin bedded rooms, with the limited number of single and double bedded rooms being allocated on a first come, first served basis. Single occupancy of double/twin bedded rooms carries a £10 per night supplement. Children aged up to 16 years sharing their parents’ room are just charged for their meals, those not sharing are charged half price.
A non-returnable deposit of £20 per person is required at time of booking. This can be paid by cheque or credit card. The hotel reserves the right to make cancellation charges.
In addition to information appearing in Roundhouse before October, the Convention Programme will be mailed to all Registrants about two weeks before the Convention.
