Mail Order: Postage – £3.95 PER PARCEL UK – Except Channel Islands, IOM, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland which are £4.95 PER PARCEL. ALL Overseas at cost. (VAT deducted for non-EU countries.) ALL Parcels are Insured by US and Require a Signature. In stock items are despatched on the day of ordering or within 72 hours subject to full payment being received (allow 5 additional working days if paying by cheque). We only charge for goods despatched. All goods are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48 hour service or Courier Service for next day delivery – depending on weight/size. For overseas destinations we will send the cheapest way available. Customers can request alternative delivery means at their own expense. For Backorders and Advance Reservations we will require a valid payment card. Backorders and Advance Reservations will be despatched as soon as they are available. Backorders and Advance Reservations for non­stock/special orders can be cancelled at any time without charge to the customer prior to receipt by us. Advance Reservations for general stock items can be cancelled at any time. Due to circumstances beyond our control, acceptance by us of an Order/Backorder or Advance Reservation does not guarantee delivery of the goods. In view of US shipping restrictions we cannot accept orders for Hazardous materials/products, such as Alcohol­Based Paints, Solvents, Resins, Adhesives and Paint Removers. Please check with us direct if you are unsure what constitutes such a product. All goods to be returned must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt by the customer and be in the same condition as received AND unused. Other than faulty or incorrect goods the customer is liable for the return postage. We may charge a fee for the return/refusal of specially ordered/non­stock items of up to 25% of OUR retail price depending on the circumstances. We will advise you at the time of the order if this is appropriate. Due to the fluctuation in exchange rates/shipping costs we only price goods at the time of receipt by ourselves. Any release date indicated is as advised by the manufacturer/distributor and is a guide only. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will be CLOSED from 7th February 2008 and re-opening on 13th February 2008. On-line orders will be accepted/reserved during this period but NOT charged or despatched until after we re-open.
